This policy applies exclusively to shipments within the United States.

Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (New York Time)

• Estimated Delivery Window: 7–10 business days from the date of purchase

Change of Address

Customers may request a change to their shipping address by contacting our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
After an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still return your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
We may request photo evidence of the damage to process your claim.
Upon review, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress on our tracking page.

Return Conditions

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from Cukokit is required.

• Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees for Returns

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.

• Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process
